Exchange Policy – Estilo Canela Shop
Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
Items must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, without stains, odors, or alterations, and with the original tags attached.
Exchanges must be communicated to the store via WhatsApp (+55 11 96317-1098) or email ([email protected]) before sending the product back.
Products must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories, and accompanied by the invoice (DANFE).
The store will ship the exchange product within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are processed through a coupon equal to the value of the returned item, valid for 15 days.
Availability depends on current stock; items cannot be reserved.
Promotional items are not eligible for exchange, except in case of defect.
Payment refunds are not available; only exchanges are accepted.
Purchases made with credit card will receive the coupon for future use.
